Casa Geco

Casa Geco is the perfect accommodation for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. It can accommodate up to 4 people in a double room, large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom.

The space
The stylish living room has a sofa bed with chaise longue, smart TV, bookcase, and an extendable table for up to 6 people.
The bedroom has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. This room leads to the balcony, facing the internal patio, with a small table and two chairs.
The kitchen is equipped to let you prepare meals independently. There are stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, crockery, and cooking utensils. The table can accommodate up to 6 people. A baby high chair is available.
In the bathroom, there are both the shower and the tub, a washbasin with a mirror, a bidet, and a toilet. A hairdryer is available. The washing machine is in the closet.
Linens and towels are supplied by us.
In all areas, there is WiFi access.

Guest access
All the described areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
On the communal patio, there is a place for a scooter.
To the entrance, there is an external staircase (1st floor). Please note that there is no lift.

Location
Sant’Agnello is a beautiful town just 3 km from Sorrento.
Near Casa Geco there are bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
The nearest beach “La Marinella” is about 1 km from the house, a 12-minute walk. “Marina Piccola” in Sorrento and “Marina di Cassano” in Piano di Sorrento are both about 3 km from the house.
The Sant’Agnello railway station is about 400 meters away, less than a 5-minute walk. By train, you can reach Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples.
The bus stop is on Corso Italia, very near the building entrance. By bus, you can reach the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Naples Capodichino Airport.
Ferries to the islands of Capri and Ischia leave from the port of Marina Piccola, in Sorrento.

About parking
In Sant’Agnello is not essential to have a car. Driving and finding parking is not always easy, and public transportation to the main points of interest is frequent and well-functioning. But if you prefer to come by car, you can find a place on the roadside, in the blue line: you pay from 8 am to midnight (1 euro per hour or 15 euros per week | with a parking meter), it is free during the night.

House rules
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area: we recommend total respect for the neighborhood, especially at night.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.
The host does not reside in the structure, please communicate your arrival time and update us in case you are early or late.

City tax
Please note that from April 1st to October 31st in Sant’Agnello a Tourism Tax applies to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
The Tourism Tax rate is €2 per person per night, and it is not applied to minors (under 18).
Upon arrival, you will have to show an identity document and pay the City Tax in cash.
